When working with Santrupti Rekrytointi Oy, the headache of hiring the experienced workers outside the EU/ETA area will be borne by us. The persons whom we will supply are industry ready.

Specialists

The manpower requirements vary in different stages of a company’s, project’s, or software’s life cycle. Our hybrid solution enables You to make decisions on resources that goes hand in hand with both short- and long-term goals of Your company.

When You need experts onsite in Nordic Countries, we can help You in every aspect of the recruitment process. We find the best suited people with correct skillsets from India or other areas outside EU/ETA area tailored to Your needs. Our globally experienced recruiters in India with more than 20 years of experience in the international recruitment market will find the best suited engineers.

We start the recruitment process by shortlisting Indian candidates based on Your requirements. Further, we arrange video conference interviews with the candidates that You finalize. We will assist You and the chosen candidate with the immigration and relocation processes to a Nordic country. This includes both the employer and employee’s parts of the application for a residence permit with the right to work. After Your employee obtains the residence permit, we will assist in arranging flights, getting a tax card, opening a bank account and helping him/her with other paperwork to begin employment with Your company.

Semi-skilled Workers

When the semi-skilled workers (e.g. welder, construction worker or greenhouse worker) arrive at your site they will not require any special grooming and will be just ready to start work. Before shortlisting the candidates, we will carry out a thorough examination of their education, work experience, special skills, health, and criminal background. There are rigorous tests to take the fittest from the crowd. Apart from the physical efficiency tests, we also ensure the integrity of the person by doing suitable background checks. All the candidates are trained on safety issues. For semi-skilled labour, the individual work contracts are required.

Lower-skilled Workers

Lower-skilled agricultural workers are typically employed as seasonal workers (6-9 months) in groups of 15-20 people including a supervisor that speaks English. Before the residence permit process can be started, the employer must provide a work contract that includes the name, the date of birth, and the passport number of each group member.

Once the person / group has received residence permit card, we will arrange the relocation to a Nordic Country including the flight and airport transportation. Employer shall arrange the appropriate accommodation, access to adequate food supply, and healthcare for workers. All other terms in the employment contract shall be the same as stipulated in the farm worker’s common bargaining agreement.
