We recruit Indian IW welding professionals who have international qualifications (IIW / AWS) as well as years of work experience in international projects. Indian welding professionals have a degree in welding and various international welding certificates that they have completed during their careers in India and abroad. All employees have at least 5 years of work experience, of which at least 3 years is abroad. Indian welders have expertise in MIG welding (GMAW), TIG welding (GTAW), shielded metal arc welding (SMAW), flux-cored arc welding (FCAW), electron-beam welding (EBW), Atomic hydrogen welding (AHW) and plasma arc welding (PAW), among others.
